2008 Book Sale
On Saturday, September 20th, 2008, Carver-Scott Humane Society participated in its first Book, CD & DVD Sale to benefit homeless pets in Carver, Scott and western Hennepin Counties. As part of The Shepherd of the Hill Church’s Festival & Flea Market in Chaska, CSHS was one of numerous vendors who enjoyed a spectacular day and meeting the many visitors who joined us in the fun! The 6 hour festival, held annually, had something for everyone and our humane society did not disappoint with its huge array of books, movies, music selections and games. On behalf of the animals we’d like to extend a special thank you to everyone who donated so many wonderful items as well as those who contributed their time and talents to make this event such a gratifying success!
