2011 Pet Calendar
If you live locally, you can purchase the 2011 Pet Calendar at our new CSHS office in Chaska, MN. We are located on the second floor of Lehman’s Garage at 1320 Crystal Lane in Chaska. It’s near the intersection of the old Hwy 212 and Audubon Road. Our office will be open on Mondays and Thursdays from 1:00 – 5:00 pm.
The pet calendars will also be available for sale at our regularly scheduled Pet Adoption Days. You can call 952-368-3553 (line 4), and leave a message with the number of calendars you would like to pick up at the next upcoming PAD.
If you would like us to ship one or more pet calendars to your home, you may download and send in this Pet Calendar order form. There will be an additional shipping charge of $1.50 per calendar.
