Dear Carver-Scott Humane Society,

My family was happy to host a second Variety Show this year to raise money for the Carver-Scott Humane Society on Saturday, August 14^th.

St. Andrew West Church in Chaska let us use their "backyard" which was a wonderful place for the show.  It was a beautiful day and we were delighted to have people willing to volunteer their time to entertain us.

We had lovely music with singers and instruments, crazy science experiments provided by my husband, Jamie and some of his fellow science colleagues in the Chaska School District and some awesome dog tricks.

We ended the show like last year, with everyone singing "Dogs Just Want to Have Fun" to the tune of "Girls Just Want to Have Fun" (words re-written by Hannah Crannell).

We met our goal of having fun and raising money for Carver-Scott Humane Society.

Enclosed is the $600.00 we raised.
