Local tattoo artist Leah Earl is celebrating her birthday by giving back — and you could win a one-of-a-kind tattoo while supporting animals in need!

All proceeds from Leah’s Tattoo Raffle will be donated to Carver Scott Humane Society, helping provide care and second chances for pets across our community. 💛🐾
